ICON Vehicle Dynamics Nitrogen Charge Port  Needle Fill Tool. This nitrogen fill tool is needed to check or refill the nitrogen charge when servicing ICON 2.0 & 2.5 smooth body shocks, as well as 2.5 non-reservoir coil over shocks. On these shocks we use an in house CNC machined charge port which has a low profile design for clearance. The ICON nitrogen fill tool is required to puncture a rubber plug in the charge port, allowing nitrogen into the shock through the hypodermic needle.

After hours of testing and offroad abuse on the ICON Vehicle Dynamics Ford F-150 SVT Raptor we felt solution was needed to further improve the overall performance and function of the OE steering system. When pushing this vehicle to its maximum potential it was apparent that the factory power steering system would develop aeration and lead to a foaming of the fluid in the OE reservoir accompanied with a loud fluid whining or "growling" noise. These symptoms would ultimately lead to reduced life and performance of the steering rack. Power Steering Solution has developed a high performance billet aluminum reservoir that not only increases the overall fluid volume, but includes an anti-cavitation valve as well. The combination of cutting edge design and engineering has led to an easy to install bolt on reservoir upgrade that installs within 30 minutes, in the OEM location, with factory hoses and hardware. The CNC machined power steering reservoir also includes a threaded o-ring cap with a 12psi pop off valve to eliminate increased pressure build during extreme use conditions.

When Lifting the 2012+ Jeep Wrangler JK with the ICON 3" suspension lift system you will need to install this 22011 Exhaust Extension Spacer kit to ensure proper front drive line clearance. Included in our kit is a Driver and Passenger side extension spacer that will get installed between the head pipe flanges and flanges on the cross pipe. The purpose of this exhaust extension spacer kit is to move the cross pipe down and toward the rear of the Jeep to prevent contact of the front drive shaft during full droop or articulation travel.

When lifting your Jeep JK it may require installation of alignment cams to get an accurate alignment. Jeeps require you to knock out punch tabs that lock the OEM bolt in place making the hole slotted for further adjustability. The ICON Jeep Jk Cam Bolt Knock Out Tool removes the punch tabs clean and easy preventing damage to the factory mount. This JK knock out tool works on both the front lower and rear upper mounts.
