ICON Vehicle Dynamics is excited to announce our complete suspension system Stages for 2022-UP Toyota Tundra! Aimed at improving on- and off-road performance and ride quality, all of these systems feature custom valved ICON 2.5-inch diameter shocks along with incremental performance additions and upgrades at each of the Stages. From Stage One, which features the innovative 2.5 EXP shock, to Stage 10 featuring our CDCV-equipped front coilovers and rear shocks along with a full complement of performance suspension components, there's an ICON Complete Suspension Stage to fit any Tundra owner's needs and budget.

In addition to these Stage kits, ICON is releasing each of the components separately for individual sale. The downloadable Pricing & Specs sheet includes Kit Numbers as well as individual Part Numbers for each component.

All of these ICON Suspension Systems Feature:

Stages 3 & Up Also Feature:

Each of our Complete Suspension System Stages are built around our precision engineered, race proven ICON shock technology, with increasing features and performance as you move up in the Stages. STAGE 1: EXP Performance & Value
ICON 2.5 EXP Shock System

Stage 1 is ICON's entry level performance suspension system for 2022 Tundra, providing improved on- and off-road performance as well as front-end lift and leveling for a proper stance and fitment of up to 35" tires. This system features the innovative new 2.5 EXP series coilover shocks and swaybar drop kit for the front of the truck along with our proven 2.0 nitrogen charged monotube shock with internal reservoir for the rear.

STAGE 2: Optimized Suspension Geometry
ICON 2.5 EXP Shocks with Upper Control Arms

Stage 2 builds on ICON's 2.5 EXP Shock Kit with the addition of billet or tubular front upper control arms. ICON UCA's are optimized for lifted or leveled trucks, with caster adjustment built into the geometry of the arm, making it easier to dial in your truck's steering alignment. These UCA's feature ICON's proprietary Delta Joint Pro, which is fully serviceable and provides up to 90-degrees of movement to allow bind-free movement throughout suspension travel.

STAGE 3: Basic Performance Package
ICON 2.5 VS Series Front Coilover & 2.0 Rear Shock Kit

Stage 3 is our most basic system that features complete ICON threaded-body 2.5" VS Series Coilovers in the front, with adjustable lift height from 1.25" to 2.25" when using the OE upper control arms. The coilovers are paired with ICON 2.0 rear shocks sized for 0" to 1" of rear lift.

ICON 2.5 Coilovers & 2.0 Rear Shocks with UCA UpgradeGet up to 40% more travel versus stock! STAGE 5: Rear Shock Upgrade

ICON 2.5 Coilovers & Remote Reservoir Rear Shocks with UCA's

Stage 5 adds Remote Reservoirs to the 2.0 VS rear shocks to provide increased fluid volume and surface area, resulting in better heat dissipation. Stage 5 provides improved rear shock cooling without the increased price of larger 2.5 rear shocks

STAGE 6: Improved Cooling Under Hard Use
ICON 2.5 Remote Reservoir Coilovers & 2.0 Rear Shocks with UCA's

To provide for sustained shock performance at speed through rough terrain, Stage 6 adds remote reservoirs to the ICON 2.5 front coilovers and 2.0 rear shocks. Reservoirs greatly increase shock oil volume and heat dissipation surface area to resist overheating and cavitation under hard use, which can lead to damper fade.

STAGE 7: Big Shock System
2.5 Remote Reservoir Coilovers &
2.5 Remote Reservoir Rear Shocks with UCA's

Get increased rear shock performance to match the 2.5 front coilovers. Stage 7 includes ICON's 2.5-inch diameter VS Series rear shock absorbers with remote reservoirs, for a massive increase in shock oil volume and surface area for heat dissipation to help prevent cavitation and maintain damping performance over long stretches of rough terrain. In addition, the 2.5 VS rear shocks feature 7/8" rods and other beefier components to handle the long travel and punishing cycle rates of moving fast across the terrain.

Stage 8 helps to free up the rear suspension movement while gaining strength and ground clearance with the addition of ICON rear lower suspension links. Available in either billet or tubular versions these links employ dual-durometer greaseless bushings at one end, and a massive FK rod end at the other to provide the best combination of free articulation and ride quality. The billet lower links provide the additional benefits of on-vehicle adjustability and replaceable rock skids.

Stage 9 features ICON's exclusive Compression Damping Control Valves (CDCV) for precisely dialing in your suspension performance. CDCV controls fluid flow under compression, allowing you to achieve the perfect tune whether driving on the street, slow-crawling through the rocks or mobbing across the desert at full throttle.
